Practical Assignments

Real-world work assignments within Apex Bodies that allow participants to apply learning, contribute to institutional outputs, and build their professional portfolio.

Mentorship Framework

A three-tier mentorship model ensuring participants receive guidance from institutional leaders, peers, and external experts.

Institutional Mentors

Senior staff within the host Apex Body who provide day-to-day guidance, introduce participants to institutional processes, and supervise work outputs. Each participant is assigned one institutional mentor.

Peer Mentors

Programme alumni or senior cohort members who share practical insights, help navigate challenges, and provide a supportive peer network. Peer mentors facilitate cross-Apex Body learning.

External Mentors

Experienced professionals from academia, international organisations, civil society, or the private sector who provide career guidance, thematic expertise, and broader professional development support.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

A comprehensive MEL framework to track programme performance, measure impact, and generate evidence for continuous improvement.
